E-commerce and marketplace growth

We fix the page before we pay for the click.

Avinya Hub works with Indian sellers and brands on the parts of growth that compound: listings that convert, ads answerable to your own numbers, content people finish, and a brand that reads the same on every surface.

How an engagement feels

  1. 01

    We read before we recommend

Account, listings, creative and numbers first. Opinions after.

  2. 02

    Changes ship in order

One thing at a time, so you can see which change moved the number.

  3. 03

    Money follows evidence

Budget goes behind what has worked twice, not once.

The problem

The problem is usually the page, not the budget

Most sellers buy ads before the listing has earned the click.

Spend goes up, the conversion rate sits exactly where it was, and the monthly report concludes that ads do not work. The ads worked fine. They sent real buyers to a page with a flat main image, a title written for a search box instead of a person, five bullets that repeat each other, and no answer to the one objection sitting in the reviews.

So we start at the page. Then the offer. Then the ads, because by then a click is worth paying for.

How an engagement runs

How an engagement runs

Timelines slip and marketplaces change their mind. This is the shape we aim for, and we will tell you when we are behind it.

Weeks 1 to 2: audit and fix

We pull your own data, read the reviews, check the account for policy problems and write down everything that is broken. The cheap fixes go live inside this window. None of them need a new budget.

Weeks 3 to 6: rebuild and test

New images, new copy, new creative, shipped in a deliberate order. Ads run small and structured so the results mean something. We keep a record of what changed and on which day.

Weeks 7 to 12: scale what works

Budget moves to the terms, creative and products that held up under repeat testing. The rest gets cut. By now the reporting should be boring, which is rather the point.

Why work with us

Why brands work with us

A fixed fee, not a cut of your ad spend

Percentage billing pays an agency to spend more of your money. Our fee does not move when your budget does, so we are free to tell you to spend less.

You own everything we make

Files, source images, ad accounts, logins and documents stay yours throughout. If you leave, you leave with the work.

Decisions come from your data

Your search terms, your reviews, your returns. Not a case study from a different category in a different country.

Policy-safe by default

We stay inside marketplace and platform rules. No review manipulation, no claims the product cannot support, no shortcut that puts the account at risk.

Reporting in plain words

What we changed, what it did, what happens next. Written so you can forward it to someone else without translating it first.

We will say when we cannot help

If the margin is too thin, the product is not ready, or the real fix is not a marketing one, we will say so at the enquiry stage rather than take a retainer.

Proof

How we show results

Every result on this site is shown with its source, the period it covers and whatever else was running at the time. Client names and logos appear only where the client has given permission in writing. Where we have nothing verified to show yet, the space stays empty.

What we will show you

Screens from your own dashboards, the before and after of the work itself, the reasoning behind each change, and the tests that failed alongside the ones that worked.

What we will not

Invented numbers, guarantees about ranking, ACoS or revenue, borrowed client logos, or results from accounts we never touched.

Questions

Common questions

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee, agreed before we start, based on scope and on how many listings or channels are involved. It does not scale with your ad spend. We quote after the audit rather than before, because quoting blind helps nobody.

How soon will I see something?

Fixes start going live in the first fortnight. Whether those fixes move sales depends on your category, your price, your reviews and your stock position. Anyone who gives you a date and a number before looking at the account is guessing.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We stand behind the work, the schedule and the reasoning. Marketplaces change how they rank things and competitors change their prices, and neither of those is ours to promise around.

Do you run the ad spend as well as the creative?

Yes, though the budget stays in your account on your card. We operate it, you own it, and you can see every change we make.

Can we start with just one service?

Yes. Most engagements begin with a listing and ads audit, or with content production, and widen later only if there is a reason to.
