About

A small team that runs the work itself.

AvinyaHub is a digital marketing team working with brands that sell online. Marketplace sellers, direct to consumer brands, founders building a profile, and service businesses that get most of their enquiries online.

We do one narrow thing. Take a store or a seller account that is not earning what it should, find the reason, fix it in the order of what costs the most money, and write down what happened so you can check us.

We are deliberately small. The person who reviews your account is the person who runs it, and there is no layer between you and the work.

What we believe

Four positions we do not move on

Fix the page before you buy traffic

Sending paid clicks to a listing that does not convert is the fastest way to spend a budget with nothing to show. We fix the destination first, every time, even when that makes for a duller first month.

A fixed fee, so we can tell you to spend less

We charge a flat monthly fee, never a share of ad spend. An agency paid on a percentage cannot honestly recommend cutting the budget. We can, and some months we do.

You own the work

The accounts, the creatives, the copy, the research, the change log. All of it stays in your accounts. If you leave, you leave with everything, because nothing was ever held back.

We would rather lose the deal

We will not promise a rank, an ACoS figure or a revenue number. Those depend on your price, your competition and an algorithm none of us control. An agency willing to promise one is a reason to be careful, not a reason to sign.

How we work

The method, in the order it happens

  1. 01

    Baseline before anything else

We write down where the account stands on day one. Traffic, conversion rate, sales, spend, rank on the terms that matter. Skip this and every claim made afterwards is an opinion.

  2. 02

One change at a time, where the account allows it

Rewrite a title, change the main image and raise bids in the same week, and you learn nothing about which one worked. Where traffic is steady enough to read, we move one thing and wait. Where it is not, we say so rather than pretend the test was clean.

  3. 03

The unglamorous weekly jobs, actually done

Search term reports read and negatives added. Bids reviewed. Stock and buy box checked. Questions answered. Most accounts are not losing money to a missing strategy, they are losing it to maintenance nobody got round to.

  4. 04

    Written reporting in plain language

A monthly report you can read once and understand. What we did, what moved, what did not, what happens next. When a month goes badly the report says so, because a report that is always good news is not a report.

  5. 05

Documented so someone else could take over

Every decision, change and piece of research is written down somewhere you can open. If you replace us next quarter, the person who follows should be able to read the file and carry on.

Expertise

What we rest our advice on

We hold no formal certifications and will not pretend otherwise. What we have is a method you can inspect, which is the more useful thing to judge.

We work inside the account

We are in the seller account and the ad console doing the work, not advising from outside on a slide. Recommendations from someone who never has to implement them tend to be the expensive kind.

Decisions come from your own reports

Search term reports, business reports, placement data, search console. If a recommendation cannot be traced to a report you can open, it does not get made.

Copy comes from customer reviews

We read the reviews on competing products, the one star ones included, and write against what buyers complain about. It beats guessing what sounds persuasive.

We work to marketplace policy

We decline requests that breach it, including review manipulation and workarounds people insist everyone uses. A suspended account costs more than the shortcut saves.

Our reasoning is published here

The service pages set out how we approach each channel and what we will not do. Judge the thinking before you pay anyone anything.

We publish, not just advise

We run our own properties alongside client work, which is where much of what we know comes from: blogs.avinyahub.com, 3rdeyemedianews.com and affiliates.avinyahub.com. Testing on our own sites first means clients are not the experiment.

Straight answers

Who we are a bad fit for

We are probably a good fit if

  • You sell a real product or service and the margin holds
  • You want the person doing the work to be the person you talk to
  • You can live with a first month spent on foundations
  • You would rather read an honest report than a flattering one

We are the wrong choice if

  • You want reviews arranged, incentivised or removed. We say no, in writing
  • You want a policy workaround because a competitor seems to get away with it
  • The margin is too thin for ad spend to work. Fix the offer or the pricing first, and we will say so instead of taking the retainer
  • You need a guaranteed rank, ACoS or revenue figure to sign
  • You want a large agency with account managers and a big deck. There are good ones, and we are not one of them
