Content Production

Scripting, shot lists, edit direction and the calendar that keeps content shipping without you chasing anyone.

The problem

Content stops because the system stops, not because ideas run out.

Almost every content plan dies the same way. One busy week, nothing gets filmed, the calendar slips, and three months later the account has gone quiet.

Production is a logistics problem. We treat it like one.

What is included

Scripts, shot lists and the calendar behind them.

  • Monthly content calendar with formats, hooks and publish dates
  • Reel and short video scripts with the hook written first
  • Shot lists so a batch day produces four weeks of content
  • Edit direction: pacing, captions on screen, where to cut
  • Carousel outlines and static post copy
  • Repurposing plan so one shoot feeds several platforms
  • Asset library and naming so nothing gets lost
  • Approval workflow that does not need six people

The batch method

Film once, publish for a month

Plan the month in one sitting

Every piece for the next four weeks is decided at once, so nobody is inventing content under time pressure.

Script and shot list

You get exactly what to say and exactly what to film, in order, with the hook already written.

One batch day

Everything for the month gets filmed in a single session. This is the step that saves the most time and the one most teams skip.

Edit, schedule, publish

Edits follow the direction notes, posts get scheduled, and the calendar runs even during a bad week.

Questions

Do we need a professional camera?

No. A recent phone, decent light and clean audio beat an expensive camera used badly. We will tell you the two or three things worth spending on for your format.

Can you edit as well?

Yes, or we can hand direction notes to your editor. Both are fine. What matters is that somebody is deciding pacing and hooks deliberately rather than by feel.

What if we cannot film every month?

Then we plan for that. A quarterly batch with a lighter monthly top-up is a normal and workable pattern, and better than a monthly plan that keeps failing.

Who owns the content?

You do. Scripts, footage and edits are yours, and you keep everything if we stop working together.
