Free Audit

Free audit

We read your account and your listings, write down what we would change and in what order, and send it to you. No cost, nothing to sign.

There is a catch and it is a simple one. This is how we decide whether the two of us are a fit. If the problems are ones we know how to fix, we will tell you. If your listings are already tight and your advertising is clean, we will say that, and you will have saved yourself a sales call.

You keep the document regardless. Give it to your in-house team, give it to another agency, or work through it yourself. We would rather be useful than pushy.

What we look at

Six areas, in roughly this order, because that is usually where the money is sitting.

01

Product listings

Titles, bullets, images, A+ content, backend search terms. We check them against what the category actually rewards, not against a generic checklist.

02

Advertising structure

How campaigns are split, which match types are doing the work, budgets that run dry by noon, and spend going to targets that have never converted.

03

Search visibility

Where you rank for the terms you care about, and the ones your competitors own while you have no presence at all.

04

Conversion

Sessions against orders. If people are landing on the page and leaving, we look at price position, the main image, review count and rating.

05

Account health

Policy notices, suppressed and inactive listings, stranded inventory, returns and claims,.

06

Pricing and margin

What a sale leaves you after referral fees, fulfilment, returns and ad spend. Sometimes the finding is that a product is selling well and costing you money.

Audit types

Tell us what is bothering you and we will point the review at that. If you are not sure, ask for the full one.

01

Listing audit

A read of your product pages the way a buyer and the search engine both see them. Best if traffic is fine but sales are not.

  • Title, bullet and description rewrite notes per product
  • Image and A+ gaps, with what should replace what
  • Backend terms and attribute fields that are empty or wasted
  • A short list of the listings worth fixing first
02

Advertising audit

A structural review of the ad account plus the spend that is not coming back. Best if ad cost has crept up and nobody can say why.

  • Campaign and match type structure, with what to merge or split
  • Search terms to negate and search terms worth promoting
  • Budget and bid problems, including campaigns capping early
  • A rebuild plan if the structure is past repairing
03

Compliance and account-health audit

The boring one that protects everything else. Best if you have had notices, suppressions or a scare.

  • Open policy notices and what each one is actually asking for
  • Suppressed, inactive and stranded listings
  • Returns, claims and feedback patterns worth acting on
  • Documents and declarations you are likely to be asked for
04

Pricing and margin audit

What each sale is really worth to you. Best if revenue is growing and the bank balance is not.

  • Per product contribution after fees, shipping and returns
  • Products that lose money at their current price or ad cost
  • Where your price sits against the listings you compete with
  • Where a price change is safer than a discount
05

Full account audit

All of the above in one document, in fix order. Best if you are taking over an account or deciding whether to keep going.

  • Every area above, written up together
  • Findings ranked by what they are likely worth
  • A fix order split into this month and after that
  • An honest note on what we would not touch yet

The report

It is a written document, not a dashboard login you stop opening after a week.

Every finding names where the number came from, which report it came out of and what date it covers, so you or anyone else can go and check it. Where we are guessing, we write that we are guessing.

You get it as a document you can forward. No portal, no seat licence, no expiry.

This panel shows the shape of the document, not a client’s results. The numbers in your report come from your own account.

How it runs

Five steps. You are involved in two of them.

  1. 01

You send us something to look at

Read-only access to the account, or just an exported advertising report and a few product links. Either works.

  2. 02

    We review it

A person goes through the areas above and pulls the reports. This is not an automated scan that grades your account out of a hundred.

  3. 03

    We write it up

Findings, evidence, fix order, effort and who should own each item. We cut anything we cannot back up.

  4. 04

We walk you through it on a call

Half an hour, screen shared, so you can argue with us. Some findings look wrong until you explain the context, and when that happens we change the document rather than defend it.

  5. 05

    You keep it either way

Hire us, hire someone else, or do it in-house. The document is yours. If you want to work with us after that, we will scope it then, and not before.

What you send us

Less than you think, and none of it is a password.

  • One ASIN or product link to start with, or the full catalogue if you want the whole picture
  • An advertising report export covering the last sixty to ninety days
  • Read-only Seller Central or Flipkart user access, invited to our email address
  • Your cost price and shipping cost per product, if you want the margin section filled in
  • A sentence or two on what is actually worrying you

Missing something on that list is fine. We will work with what you send and note in the report what we could not see.

What we ask for

A user invitation to your account with view permissions on advertising, reports and listings. It arrives as an invite from you, it is tied to our own login,.

What we never ask for

Your password. A shared login. Two-factor codes read out over a call. Banking or payout access. Nothing we are given needs any of that, and access you granted can be removed by you from your user permissions page at any time, without telling us first.

Proof

We would rather show you work than quote a number at you.

Plenty of agencies open with a percentage. We would rather you read what we wrote for someone else and judge it yourself. Case studies and client comments appear below as sellers agree to have their names used. Ask on the call and we will talk you through what we have done in your category.

Questions

The ones people ask before they send access.

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no deposit, no trial that turns into a subscription.

So what is the catch?

You will have read our work, so if we are a fit we have a much better chance of being hired. If we are not a fit we say so in the document, and you have lost nothing but the time it took to send us a report.

How long does it take?

It depends on how big the catalogue is and how much access we get. We will give you a date when we have seen the account,. We do not promise a fixed turnaround before we know what we are looking at.

Do you need my password?

No. Never. We ask for a read-only user invitation sent from your account to our email address. If anyone in this industry asks you for a password or a two-factor code, that is a reason to walk away.

What if I only sell on one marketplace?

That is fine, and quite common. We will still mention it if we think another channel is an obvious fit for your products, but that is a note, not a pitch.

Do you guarantee improvements?

No, and we would be careful with anyone who does. Marketplace results depend on competitors, pricing, stock, reviews and platform changes, and none of those are under our control or anyone else’s. What we will commit to is telling you what we found, what we would do about it, and what we think the risk is. Anyone promising you a specific ranking or a specific ad cost has not seen your account yet.

Request the audit

Send us one product link and a report export. That is enough to start.

Fill in the form and we will reply with exactly what to send and how to set up read-only access, step by step. If you would rather just talk first, call or write and we will do that instead.

Request your free audit

No obligation. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

We use your details only to reply to this enquiry. See our privacy policy.
