Amazon Listing & Ads
Listings that rank and convert, A+ content, and PPC managed against your real margin rather than a vanity ACoS target.
The problem
Traffic will not fix a listing that does not convert.
The most common Amazon mistake is spending on ads before the listing earns the click. If your conversion rate is below what the category supports, every rupee of ad spend is buying an expensive lesson.
So we start with the listing, the images and the backend, then open the tap. This page sets out exactly what that involves, what you get, and how we work.
Core offerings
What the work covers
We run these as one engagement rather than as separate products, because on Amazon they only work together. You can still buy them individually if you already have the rest covered.
1. Listing audit and diagnosis
Before anything changes, we establish what is actually wrong. Most accounts have two or three real problems, not twenty.
- Every ASIN checked against category conversion and session benchmarks
- Account health, policy warnings and suppressed or stranded inventory
- Buy Box ownership and the pricing behaviour behind any losses
- Browse node and category placement checked for misclassification
- Written findings ranked by revenue impact, not by how easy they are to fix
2. Keyword research and mapping
Built from your own search term data first, then widened. We do not start from a generic keyword tool export and hope.
- Harvest from your Search Term report, Brand Analytics and competitor listings
- Terms sorted into primary, secondary and long tail by intent and volume
- Each term assigned a home: title, bullets, description, backend or ads
- Hindi and regional transliteration variants covered for Amazon.in
- A keyword map you keep, so the work is repeatable without us
3. Listing copy and content
Copy that has to do two jobs at once: get indexed and persuade a person who is three seconds from leaving.
- Title rewritten to Amazon character and formatting rules for your category
- Five bullets built around objections found in real competitor reviews
- Description or A+ copy written for the buyer, not for a keyword counter
- Backend search terms, attributes and subject matter fields completed properly
- Compliance check so nothing gets the listing suppressed later
4. Images and A+ content direction
We direct the visual stack and write the briefs. Where you have a photographer or designer, they execute; where you do not, we can arrange it.
- Main image checked against Amazon technical requirements
- Shot list for the full gallery, each image with one job
- Infographic and lifestyle briefs written from review objections
- A+ module plan mapped to the questions buyers ask in that order
- Mobile-first review, since that is where most of your traffic reads it
5. Advertising build and management
Campaign structure where every campaign has one job, so the data it produces is worth reading.
- Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display setup
- Separate discovery, performance and defensive campaigns
- Weekly search term harvesting and negative keyword hygiene
- Bid and placement adjustments against your target ACoS and margin
- Budget moved toward what returns, and pulled from what does not
6. Reporting and review
You should be able to tell whether this is working without asking us.
- Monthly report in plain language: what moved, what did not, what changes next
- Ad spend, ACoS, TACoS and organic rank tracked against a baseline we set on day one
- A running log of every change made, dated, so nothing is a mystery later
- A call whenever you want one, not only on a fixed schedule
Benefits
What you get out of it
A listing that earns its traffic
Conversion rate is the multiplier on everything else. Fixing it makes every ad rupee, every organic session and every future launch worth more. It is the one improvement that does not stop paying.
Ad spend you can account for
Campaigns structured so that when ACoS moves you know which decision moved it. No single catch-all campaign hiding good performance inside bad.
Organic rank that holds
Paid sales feed organic position. The point of the ad spend is to reach the rank where you no longer need as much of it, and then defend that rank.
Fewer policy surprises
Suppressed listings and policy warnings usually come from something avoidable in the copy, images or attributes. We check for those before they cost you a week of sales.
Time back
Search term harvesting, negative keywords and bid maintenance are weekly jobs that get skipped when you are running a business. We do them on schedule.
Work you own
The keyword map, the copy, the campaign structure and the change log are yours. If we stop working together you keep all of it, in a form your next person can pick up.
Evidence 01 · Amazon.in
Ads went from four rupees in every five to about one in five
A live Amazon.in seller account. The brand name is withheld. Screenshots are exactly as they come out of Seller Central and the Amazon Ads campaign manager, uncropped, with the date range visible on each one.
In August the account was renting almost every sale from advertising. Of ₹37,023 in total sales, ₹29,286 came from ads. In the first half of September ads brought in ₹23,688 of ₹1,05,135. The listing started carrying the traffic instead of the budget carrying it.

Read this carefully. The two periods are not the same length. August is 31 days, the September figure covers 16. Per day that is ₹1,194 against ₹6,571, and 5.4 orders against 29.9. The account is also less than a year old, which is why the dashboard shows nothing for the same dates a year earlier, so this is growth from a small base rather than a turnaround of an established seller. The share-of-sales figures are ad sales divided by total sales: 29,286 ÷ 37,023 = 79%, and 23,688 ÷ 1,05,135 = 23%.
Evidence 02 · Amazon.com
Ad spend fell to an eighth while monthly sales held
A separate live Amazon.com seller account, again with the brand name withheld. Every month we have is below, including the weak ones.
Monthly ad spend went $188.03 in July, $113.74 in August, then $24.15 for the first half of September, while August still turned over $7,136.27. Advertising fell from just under three cents in every sales dollar to well under one. That is what it looks like when the page and the organic position are doing the work and the ads are topping up rather than propping up.

Read this carefully. This is an efficiency story, not a growth story. You can see it in the monthly screens above: June was the strongest month at $11,176.64 and April the weakest at $1,861.72, so the revenue line moves around and does not climb steadily. What the ad screens show is spend falling while sales held. ACoS is spend divided by ad sales: 188.03 ÷ 2,037.42 = 9.2%, and 24.15 ÷ 505.66 = 4.8%. The spend-against-total-sales figures use July total sales of $6,479.78 and the 1 to 16 September total of $2,739.22. The four year to date ad screens are the same view captured four times; we have left all four in rather than quietly drop three. This account is also under a year old.
Two accounts is two accounts. It is not a pattern, and neither of these is a promise that your account will do the same thing. Send us yours and we will tell you what we actually think is wrong with it.
Expertise
How we know what we are doing
We would rather show you the method than list adjectives. Here is what our competence actually rests on.
We operate seller accounts, not just advise on them
We work inside Seller Central and the Advertising console directly. The recommendations on this page come from running the work, not from reading about it.
Decisions come from your data
Search Term reports, Business Reports, Brand Analytics where available, and placement data. Where we are guessing we say so, and we test rather than assert.
Review mining, every time
Competitor reviews tell you what buyers in your category actually complain about. That is where bullets, images and A+ modules should come from, and it is a step most listings skip.
We work to Amazon policy, not around it
No review manipulation, no keyword stuffing in hidden fields, no tactics that put your account at risk for a short-term rank bump. If a request would breach policy we will tell you and decline it.
Fixed fee, no percentage of spend
Agencies paid a percentage of ad spend have a reason to want your ad spend to rise. Ours does not change, so the advice to spend less is available to us.
We publish our reasoning
Our written work, our process and our terms are all on this site. You can judge the thinking before you pay for any of it.
How we run it
The first ninety days
Weeks one and two: audit and fix
We go through the listing, the account health, the campaign structure and the numbers, and we record a baseline so that later claims of improvement mean something. Anything broken gets fixed before anything gets scaled.
Weeks three to six: rebuild and test
New copy and keyword mapping go live. Campaigns are restructured so that each one has a single job, and we start gathering clean search term data. Image and A plus briefs go out in this window.
Weeks seven to twelve: scale what works
Harvest converting terms into their own campaigns, cut what is not paying, and push budget toward the placements that actually return. By the end of this you have a structure that can be maintained rather than rebuilt.
Fit
Who this suits
Good fit
Sellers with a product that already gets some sales, a known margin, and enough stock to survive a demand increase. Brands with registry access get more out of it, though it is not a requirement.
Poor fit
New listings with no reviews and a margin too thin to absorb ad spend. Sellers who want reviews manipulated or policy worked around. Fix the offer first, or find someone else.
Questions
Do you guarantee a lower ACoS or a sales increase?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. ACoS depends on competition, seasonality and your own pricing, none of which we control. What we commit to is a campaign structure that makes ACoS meaningful, and honest reporting on whether it is improving.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. We charge a fixed monthly fee, so our income does not rise when we spend more of your money. That removes the most common conflict of interest in this service.
What access do you need?
Seller Central user access with the right permissions, and your Advertising account. We never ask for your password, we use user permissions rather than shared logins, and access can be revoked by you at any time.
How long before it shows?
Listing changes can move conversion within a couple of weeks. Campaign restructuring needs a full data cycle, usually four to six weeks, before the numbers mean anything. Organic rank movement is slower again.
Do you work on Amazon.in, Amazon.com or both?
Both. The method is the same; the keyword research, the compliance details and the competitive picture are not, so we treat each marketplace separately.
Will you do anything that risks my account?
No. No review incentives, no hidden keyword stuffing, no policy workarounds. If you ask for something that breaches Amazon policy we will explain why and decline it.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything. The keyword map, the copy, the campaign structure and the full change log stay in your account and are documented well enough for someone else to continue.
